All permits for the Waste-to-Energy plant have been secured and
engineering for the plant has begun. The actual construction phase of the
Waste-to-Energy plant will take approximately 10 months and is anticipated to
begin in August of 2011. Actual start up and operation of the plant is
anticipated to be in the late summer or early fall of 2012.

C. Lloyd Mahaffey, Chairman and CEO of Dynamis Energy said, "Dynamis is
pleased to deploy our state of the art technology in Italy through our
partnership with All Way on this project. This will be our first plant in
Europe, and will serve as a springboard for more plants in Italy and the
European Union."

Based on the Dynamis 3.0 technology, the Waste-to-Energy plant is will
generate electricity as well as provide heat for a sludge drying operation.

Dynamis Energy's unique modular system has the ability to process a wide
spectrum of waste streams, uses very little fuel per cycle, and process waste
in a very efficient manner, while maintaining very low emissions. These
attributes were key factors in the selection of Dynamis technology by All
Way. Gaetano Barbieri Chairman of All Way said, "This is the culmination of
years of preparation and hard work by All Way and we are very excited to move
this project forward, and believe the Dynamis waste destruction technology is
far superior to any technology we have considered."

Luca Mestrone, CEO of All Way added, "This project begins our partnership
with Dynamis Energy and through it, we present our customer with a superior
solution. All Way and Dynamis intend to promote the Dynamis 3.0
Waste-to-Energy Technology to provide superior waste management solutions
throughout Italy."
