The winner of the contest, open to all young people of any
nationality aged 18 or older, will receive a three-month internship with EF
on three continents of his or her choosing, with all travel, accommodations,
and meals provided by EF. An international panel of EF judges will select the
winner based on the contestant's resume and personal video.

"We are looking for an individual who best encapsulates the
ideals of today's youth," says Eva Kockum, President of EF's language
division in Zurich. "Open mindedness, curiosity about the world, and an
adventurous spirit are qualities that not only will distinguish our winner,
but will contribute to creating a future leader in an increasingly
competitive world."

To enter, students must register their resume on the EF
website and submit a video of no more than three minutes describing how the
internship will impact their future. EF expects 51 countries to participate
in the contest, each of which will announce an individual country winner on
April 23, 2010. Those finalists will compete for the internship, with the
grand prize winner to be announced on April 30, 2010.

By sponsoring this contest, EF and its global partners seek to
further define themselves as international leaders in a constantly evolving
marketplace, keen to recognize young talent in an emerging workforce.

The deadline for applications is April 20, 2010. For complete
