NAUGATUCK, Connecticut, November 4, 2010 - Environmental Products Corporation (Envipco), a subsidiary of Envipco
Holding N.V., a publicly listed company on the Brussels Euronext Exchange
(Symbol: ENV), announced today the filing of a complaint against Tomra
Systems ASA, a publicly listed company on the Oslo Stock Exchange (Symbol:
TOM) and Tomra North America, Inc. (Tomra) for anticompetitive, unfair and
deceptive practices that violate federal antitrust laws and state unfair
trade practice acts.

Envipco's complaint, which was filed today in the federal court for the
District of Connecticut, seeks to enjoin Tomra from continuing its
anticompetitive, unfair and deceptive practices and seeks compensatory,
punitive and treble damages for the injury to Envipco. As alleged in the
complaint, Envipco is challenging, among other things, Tomra's use of
exclusive contracts and the early renewal of its contracts to foreclose
reverse vending machine competition. A complete copy of the complaint can be
found on Envipco's website at www.envipco.com.

Envipco noted that Tomra engaged in similar conduct in the European Union
and, as a result, was found guilty of violating the European Union's
antitrust laws. Tomra recently lost its appeal of that decision.

"At Envipco, we encourage fair competition, which we believe brings
innovation and provides a wider choice at competitive prices," said Envipco
CEO Gool Santchurn. "In the coming months, we will be launching a number of
technologically advanced platforms for the collection of beverage containers,
which we believe will benefit the industry and reinforces the importance of
an open marketplace."
