International M&A Partner Jeff Roberts Joins Gibson Dunn in London

LONDON, February 25, 2010 - Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Jeff Roberts will
join the firm as a partner. Roberts, who will join the firm's London office
from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he was a partner, will continue to
focus his corporate law practice on international public and private mergers
and acquisitions, private equity and equity capital markets.

Roberts has a broad corporate practice that includes public and private
M&A, private equity and equity capital markets transactions. He has
significant experience representing multinational companies.

His representative transactions include representing Sara Lee on the sale
of its international household and body care division, Expro International
Group on its pounds Sterling 1.9 billion takeover and Taylor Nelson Sofres on
its aborted merger with GfK and subsequent pounds Sterling 1.15 billion
takeover by WPP.

Roberts practiced with Freshfields since 1988 and as a partner in that
firm since 1996. He managed Freshfields' Moscow office between 1996 and 1999.
