INTERSPORT Sponsor of African Football National Teams

BERN, Switzerland, December 7 - INTERSPORT, the world’s leading Sports Retailer, is proud to
announce its partnership agreement to cooperate with three major PUMA African
Football Federations: Ghana, Ivory Coast and Cameroon.

In 2010, the eyes of the world will be turned to Africa thanks
to the Orange Africa Cup of Nations and 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa.
This partnership agreement will enable INTERSPORT to capitalize on the
increased attention that Africa and African Football will receive during the
course of 2010.

INTERSPORT will activate its relationship through online and
in store activities commencing at the start of the Orange Cup of Nations. The
climax of the relationship will be the unique "African experience", which in
partnership with PUMA, the leading sport lifestyle brand and a powerhouse in
African football will bring together Ghana, Ivory Coast and Cameroon to Paris
in preparation for the FIFA World Cup.

The sponsorship package will give INTERSPORT a strong
communication platform. INTERSPORT branding will appear on boards, on the
teams’ equipments and all sponsors recognition materials, including interview
backdrops at the training camp in Paris.
