HILVERSUM, Netherlands, March 18, 2010 - MobileIron, the first company to deliver virtualised smartphone
management for business, today announced the opening of its European
headquarters. The explosion of smartphones such as iPhone, Blackberry,
Symbian, Windows Mobile and Android inside business customers is
accelerating demand for the MobileIron solution in Europe. IDC estimates
European business smartphone sales to be growing in excess of 22 percent
annually through 2013. MobileIron has hired industry veteran Kees van
Veenendaal
as Vice President and General Manager to lead its operation for
Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

The MobileIron Virtual Smartphone Platform allows CIOs to ensure
security, tame operational complexity, and reduce mobile bills. Furthermore,
MobileIron enables CIOs to confidently secure both corporate-owned and
employee-owned smartphones. Customers across every industry, including
healthcare, finance, government, biotech, high-tech, and manufacturing, can
realize more than 20 percent annualised savings in both operational costs
and monthly wireless bills.

"MobileIron allows CIOs to embrace the explosion of smartphones for
their employees without sacrificing security or losing control of mobile
costs," said Bob Tinker, CEO MobileIron. "Adding an experienced veteran in
Kees van Veenendaal to lead European operations accelerates our ability to
expand our business to deliver customer and partner success."

Kees van Veenendaal has more than 25 years experience building

joining MobileIron, Kees was Vice President Worldwide Sales for Trapeze
Networks, responsible for global sales operations. Before Trapeze, Kees was
vice president of EMEA sales for Extreme Networks, growing revenue to over
US$120 million across more than 25 countries.

"European businesses require a new breed of management solution for
their rapidly growing mobile workforces," said Kees van Veenendaal.
