At CS Week 2010, Oracle will demonstrate its leadership and vision in Nashville, Tenn., May 25-28 at the Nashville Convention Center.
Oracle Utilities Group Vice President of Product Strategy and Management, Linda Jackman, will speak on a panel during the executive summit session, “Latest Approaches to Applying Technology to Customer Service” on Tuesday, May 25 at 2 p.m. CDT.
