At CS Week 2010, Oracle will demonstrate its leadership and vision in Nashville, Tenn., May 25-28 at the Nashville Convention Center.

Oracle Utilities Group Vice President of Product Strategy and Management, Linda Jackman, will speak on a panel during the executive summit session, “Latest Approaches to Applying Technology to Customer Service” on Tuesday, May 25 at 2 p.m. CDT. Jackman will also present on a panel during a meter data management workshop entitled “Meter Data Management Shoot-out Part 2” on Wednesday, May 26 at 3 p.m. CDT.
Oracle Utilities Senior Director of Product Management, Bruce Kane, and Oracle Utilities Vice President of Product Management, Brad Williams, will present during the Field Customer Service Workshop “The Advantages of Centralization and Mobile Workforce Management” on Thursday, May 27 at 10:30 a.m. CDT.
Oracle Utilities Vice President of Industry Strategy, Guerry Waters, will speak during a session entitled, “A Day in the Life of the Smart Grid” on Thursday, May 27 at 2:30 p.m. CDT.
