Paul Langdon, Senior Consultant at 3SDL to Chair Tactical Data Links 2012

Tactical Data Links continue to be the prime enabler for how modern network centric operations are waged today.  The increasing prevalence of new data link technologies, interoperability issues, on going complex coalition operations and changing spending patterns means there is a clear need to keep on top of the latest developments in the tactical data links’ domain.

Paul Langdon, Senior Consultant at 3SDL, will be chairing the Tactical Data Links 2012 conference being held in London between 23^rd - 26^th January 2012 which will discuss the information that the tactical data links community needs to confront an uncertain and multifaceted environment.  Speakers will discuss the current status of tactical data links with particular focus on:

• How the highest levels of interoperability be achieved on both national and international levels
• What the most effective ways to enhance situational awareness
• How the warfighter’s ability to gain easier access to the most relevant data be strengthened
