CHELTENHAM, England, January 18 - Following a fire at Little Hay golf club near Hemel Hempstead, PKL
supplied a temporary kitchen and dining facility within just 12 days of
receiving the order.

The portable building was designed and fitted out at PKL's facilities in
Cheltenham and delivered to site on lorry, ready for use following simple
connection to utilities. It will remain on site for 12 months, feeding up to
200 golfers a day with seating capacity for 40 diners at one time. It also
incorporates a production kitchen, office space and storage facilities.

"PKL have delivered a professional temporary catering facility with a
high standard of equipment which was promptly arranged and delivered exactly
to our requirements," recalled Catering Manager for the Decorum Sports Trust,
Tina Moxley. "This has enabled us to continue to deliver our service
following the loss of our previous building," she added.

PKL's purpose designed and built temporary kitchens allow clients to keep
their businesses operational when disaster strikes, or during refurbishments,
allowing them to limit long-term losses by retaining regular customers and
their existing catering team.
