PARIS, November 17 - Plasan, a global leader in the field of combat-proven
survivability and armour solutions for vehicles, airborne platforms and
personal protection, today announced a delivery and a new contract for the
SandCat.

Plasan, as subcontractor to Ford's dealer in Israel, has
recently won a contract for the delivery of 79 armoured SandCats to the
Israeli police; first units are expected to be delivered early February 2010.
This comes after the recent delivery completion of 25 SandCats for the
Bulgarian Army, together with Oshkosh Corporation.

Mr. Yaron Roded, Marketing and Business Development Manager at
Plasan, comments: "The SandCat design fits perfectly into today's peace
keeping and HLS tasks, taking into account the emerging threats while
maintaining the required flexibility for off-road and on-road mission profile
which are so essential for many Police and SWAT teams world-wide"

The Sand Cat is a compact, highly manoeuvrable platform
capable of carrying up to eight fully equipped soldiers. The SandCat vehicle
has been optimized for travelling in dense urban terrain as well as over
rough, unpaved roads. The Sand Cat is customized for both military and
homeland security purposes, such as SWAT missions and counter-insurgency
activity. It is based on an upgraded commercial of-the-shelf Ford F-Series
4×4 chassis, adapted by Oshkosh Corporation for military use and fitted with
Plasan-designed and manufactured modular armour made of advanced Metal
Composite & Ceramics Composite Kitted Hull structure.

Mr. Dan Ziv, CEO of Plasan, says: "These recent achievements
highlight Plasan's reputation as a global leader in armour and survivability
solutions. Plasan continues to distinguish itself at the forefront of armour
and survivability systems worldwide."
