Day4 Energy Signs Agreement With NSP Corporation for the Supply of PV Cells

BURNABY, British Columbia, November 24, 2010 - Day4 Energy Inc. (TSX: DFE), a leading global provider of solar
photovoltaic (PV) products and solutions, announces an agreement with Neo
Solar Power Corporation ("NSP") of Hsinchu, Taiwan, one of the leading PV
cell producers in the world, to provide Day4 Energy ("Day4") with its high
performance PV solar cells through 2011.
