Pregis Corp.'s Hexacomb(R) Business Unit Announces Price Increase in Spain and Portugal

AOIZ, Spain, March 25, 2010 - Pregis Corp.'s Hexacomb(R) business unit is announcing a 12% price
increase on all grades and sizes of its product line shipped to customers in
Spain and Portugal. The price increase is effective on or after April 1,
2010.

All of Hexacomb's paper suppliers have increased their pricing recently.
The increases are due to higher raw material costs, limited availability of
recycled content and upward pricing pressure from wood and chemicals.

Specifically, supplies of recycled corrugated containers are being
diverted to the Chinese market resulting in less material availability for
paper-based conversion in Europe. Adding to the supply shortage is the
reduction in European housing construction starts which means less scrap wood
availability.

quality supply and continue to deliver performance products in what is an
increasingly tight raw material paper market. Quality raw material is a
