API Allows Customers and Third Party Application Vendors to Integrate Into Web-based CRM System

LONDON, August 18, 2010 - Really Simple Systems - www.reallysimplesystems.com - the largest
UK vendor of cloud CRM systems today announces the availability of the Really
Simple Systems CRM API (www.reallysimplesystems.com/crm_api.asp )
(Application Programme Interface). The API's functionality allows CRM users,
web developers and software providers to integrate their applications
directly into the Really Simple Systems web-based CRM (
www.reallysimplesystems.com/simple_crm.asp#crmhosted) application.

The Really Simple Systems API is a SOAP (Simple Object Access
Protocol) based interface, allowing low level objects in the cloud CRM system
(www.reallysimplesystems.com/default.asp) to be read, updated and
created using XML data. Records can be retrieved individually or multiple
records can be retrieved based on search criteria.

Real Training - www.realtraining.co.uk - a specialist
e-learning provider to educationalists, is an early user of the API. Mark
