RPO Summit 2009: the Vodafone and Alexander Mann Solutions Connection

LONDON, December 8 - On 10th December, Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), the leading global
recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm, will be speaking about its
long-standing relationship with, Vodafone, the world's leading mobile
telecommunications company at the global RPO Summit 2009 in Las Vegas,
America.

The origins of the relationship between Vodafone and Alexander Mann
Solutions date back to 2000, making it one of the longest-standing
multinational RPO relationships in existence. David Bell, Global Category
Manager, Human Resources at Vodafone will take to the stage on day two of the
conference to speak about the successes and evolution of their partnership
with Alexander Mann Solutions and demonstrate the time and cost benefits of
their RPO solution.

In addition, Steve Leach, Director of Client Services, and Lynne Gardner,
Global Account Director at Alexander Mann Solutions, will join David Bell and
discuss the widespread demonstrable value to shareholders that the
partnership has contributed. This includes case studies of an innovative
marketing recruitment campaign that created a lasting buzz with candidates
and in the media, and a resourcing project with incredibly tight time
constraints to support an acquisition in an emerging market. The session will
end with a discussion around what both Vodafone and Alexander Mann Solutions
have learnt from their time working together and insight into what strategies
they are planning to use going forwards.

from Wednesday 9th December to Thursday 10th December at the MGM Grand Hotel
in Las Vegas, Nevada.
