LONDON and SINGAPORE, November 17, 2011 -
- Appoints Mark Vaux as Regional Director of Services to
head up Sabio’s Asia Pacific operations
Sabio, the specialist contact centre and unified communications systems integrator, has strengthened its presence in the key Asia Pacific region with the launch of a new services hub in Singapore for its expanding international contact centre technology design, delivery and support operations. Sabio’s Asia Pacific Service operations will be headed up by recently appointed Mark Vaux as their Regional Director of Services - an experienced Singapore-based services director - to accelerate the expansion of service provision to Sabio’s international customers.
According to Sabio Director Adam Faulkner: “Our goal is to provide our international customers with exactly the level of contact centre and communications functionality they need at every level of their organisation - regardless of the location. With our regional hubs - backed by our expanding Global Alliance network - we can give our customers a single point of contact for their worldwide contact centre infrastructure deployments. Having a regional hub in Singapore - and the expertise of senior service professionals such as Mark Vaux - enables our global customers to unlock the efficiency and process savings that come from centralised deployment, while still achieving the benefits of local operational excellence and support.”
Sabio recently highlighted its international contact centre capability with the expansion of its Global Alliance network that allows the company to support its award-winning customer contact centre and unified communications solutions through a network of specialist Avaya-focused organisations.
“Singapore is increasingly recognised as the optimum location for supporting service and solutions delivery across the Asia Pacific region, so it was the logical location for Sabio when opening our first international hub,” continued Adam Faulkner. “Deploying standardised contact centre and communications technology infrastructures has been central to our initial global success. We’re now investing in our global infrastructure to support our international customers.”
Sabio is a specialist contact centre and unified communications systems integrator focused on delivering exceptional customer contact strategies and solutions based on best-of-breed technologies from leading organisations such as Avaya, Nuance and Verint.
