engagements at three industry conferences being held in May 2011 and June

the CTRM Technical Conference 2011. This session will be held on Monday, May
23, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. at the Yasmin Hotel in Prague. CommodityPoint organizes

Solutions will present at the 2011 Spring Accounting Expo in Houston, Texas.
David will present on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. in a session titled
Hot Topics in Corporate Disputes and Investigations: Stories from the
Trenches. This event, held for the 22nd year by the Houston CPA Society, a
Chapter of Texas Society of CPAs, will take place at Reliant Center in
Houston, Texas.

Reserve during the Next Generation Oil & Gas Summit. This summit will be held
