ATLANTA -
- Managed File Transfer leader offers three new solutions and hires 30 new employees in 2009 alone
Stonebranch, the industry leader in Managed File Transfer and Job Scheduling technology, today announced the official anniversary of Stonebranch’s inception. The company’s founders, Wolfgang Bothe, Gert Adolphsen and Nathan Hammond started Stonebranch in 1999 to develop Managed File Transfer and Job Scheduling solutions that would scale to their clients’ existing infrastructures while adapting to new technologies.

Earlier this year, Stonebranch launched its most complete solutions offering to date, Infitran(TM), its Intelligent File Transfer solution and Indesca(TM), its Independent Scheduling Agents solution. With these two solutions, companies around the world have been able to centralize and streamline their file transfer and related workload processes.
Ian Porter of Nissan Europe said, “Happy 10th Anniversary, Stonebranch! With your Managed File Transfer solution, we now have an extremely robust process for guaranteed and secure file transfer. Our entire process is now centralized, self-managing and has become our preferred method for flat file data movement within Nissan Europe.”
In addition to Infitran and Indesca, Stonebranch launched Scribbos(TM) in September with outstanding analyst, media and customer response. Scribbos is a secure business communications solution, which enables end users to easily transfer confidential or proprietary information and large files securely. The addition of Scribbos, which interoperates with Infitran, truly makes Stonebranch’s solutions scale from infrastructure to people. Along with the Scribbos launch, Stonebranch celebrated its 10th anniversary with customers and partners at a formal event at this year’s Innovation Europe, its annual conference in Amsterdam.
Wolfgang Bothe, CEO and Co-founder of Stonebranch, said, “Stonebranch has grown in every way this year. Infitran, Indesca and Scribbos meet the needs of businesses, organizations and individuals that need to secure file transfer and business communications. Whether it’s at the data center level or an end user sending a secure message from his iPhone, we will continue to aggressively pursue solutions and partnerships that are the direct result of feedback from our clients.”
In addition to the launch of Stonebranch’s new solutions, the company has expanded its organization to add core expertise in the healthcare, financial and insurance industries to better serve and understand their needs. Stonebranch also provides expanded professional services offerings, including infrastructure and process audits, best practices engagement and remote education services.
