NEW YORK and GENEVA - Company Expands European Coverage with Swiss Headquarters

Strategas Research Partners, a pre-eminent independent research firm
specializing in investment strategy, economics and policy research, today
announced the opening of its first European office and the appointment of
Christian Pinchart-Deny as its Managing Director in Geneva.

Mr. Pinchart-Deny, head of Strategas’ institutional sales efforts on the
Continent, has over 40 years of senior management experience in investment
banking and wealth management. He began his career in the International
Division of Credit Commercial de France back in 1967, and was most recently
Managing Director in charge of Continental Europe for International Equities
sales at Smith Barney, Inc. He also was Founder and Chairman of Hubwoo.com, a
business to business service provider enabling companies to maximize
procurement relationships.

About Christian Pinchart-Deny

Christian Pinchart-Deny has over 40 years of senior management experience
in investment banking and wealth management. He began his career in the
International Division of Credit Commercial de France (now HSBC) back in 1967
and was the head of Dominion Securities’ Paris Office from 1969-1972. He
later became Director of Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon and Company, the first
independent research-based institutional equity firm in Canada in 1972. In
1976 he joined Smith Barney, Inc. (now Citigroup) as Manager of the firm’s
Paris office and was with the firm for 23 years.

In 2000, Mr. Pinchart-Deny founded and was Chairman of Hubwoo.com, a
business to business service provider enabling companies to maximize
procurement relationships. He subsequently led Hubwoo.com through a series of
accretive acquisitions, successfully growing the company into a leader in its
field.

Mr. Pinchart-Deny graduated from Negocia Ecole de Commerce in Paris and
is tri-lingual, fluent in English, French, and German.
