LONDON, November 23, 2010 - Valued Opinions has released the findings from a poll of its member base
on their overall experience and engagement level when taking paid online
surveys, with the findings painting an interesting picture in terms of
consumer reviews.

As technology enables market research organisations to expand their reach
into demographics that traditionally speaking have been challenging to
communicate with. Engaging with users is becoming increasingly important when
trying to encourage users to participate in paid online surveys
(www.valuedopinions.com/eng/join/), and with the volume of user
generated content floating around the internet, it is becoming easier for
consumers to draw conclusions about a product or service before even trying
it. This means that with the wealth of information at their fingertips,
consumers around the globe are actively giving reviews and sourcing
information from like-minded netizens. The need for good quality online
market research is therefore vital to businesses and it is important that
members of online research panels have a positive experience as reports of a
negative experience can inhibit the ability of paid online survey providers
to both continue enrolling and retaining members.

The results of the poll showed that over 80% of participants found the
overall experience to be user-friendly, with the surveys easily accessible
through the invites they received and crucially members of the service
unanimously voted in favour of the overall quality of the surveys they
received, with 77% of respondents saying they would recommend the experience
to their friends and family.

90% of participants in the Valued Opinions study were also happy with the
number of times they had been invited to participate in online market
research surveys (www.valuedopinions.com/eng/rewards/) , and less than
45% said they felt they would have been happier with more rewards.

Technology is aiding the shift from traditional forms of market research
to online market research. Online surveys (www.valuedopinions.com/)
are now easier and more readily available than ever before and give people an
opportunity to voice their opinions and make money doing surveys online. With
the explosion of social networks providing an additional platform from which
to air an opinion, paid online survey sites are extremely focused on ways to
continue improving the overall satisfaction of their services.

Sebastien Van Schalkwyk, loyalty marketing manager, said: "As a global
leader in online research panels, Valued Opinions strives to ensure the
highest standards of quality and engagement with our members. We understand
the need to reward our members fairly and are generally rated as one of the
best paid survey sites around. Rewards aside, we also realise the link
between a good survey experience and retaining members. With the rapid
evolution of technology, we're always working on ways in which to optimise
the user experience."
