has appointed Mr. Tovi Bachar, former Managing Director of GE Healthcare
Israel, as Director and Chairman.

Tovi Bachar has completed seven years as Managing Director of
GE Healthcare Israel, a subsidiary of GE Medical Systems, a leading
diagnostic imaging equipment company. In 2008, Tovi Bacher was awarded the
Managing Director of the Year Award on behalf of The Israel Management Center
in the multi-national high-tech company category.

Recently Bachar has taken on the position of CEO, DOR
Chemicals Group, a publically traded global company engaged in the
development, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of high - performance
film and chemicals for industrial and agriculture use.
