LONDON, September 10, 2010 - "This is the time to act and to help. Saving lives is something that
cannot be delayed."

- His Holiness the Gyalwang Drukpa - Founder of Live to Love

LIVE TO LOVE UK is a new humanitarian campaign that aims to
encourage the world to open their hearts and minds to their families,
neighbours and communities at large. A campaign that is bigger than any
religion, faith, nationality, culture or conditions- this initiative is set
to help us all make the world a better place.

With affiliate chapters in many countries around the world
such as the United States, France, Germany, Switzerland, Hong Kong and
Malaysia, leading celebrities including Bollywood star Aamir Khan and
internationally acclaimed actress Michelle Yeoh have already pledged support
for this worldwide campaign.

His Holiness the Gyalwang Drukpa, as Founder, will travel to
London to launch LIVE TO LOVE UK on the 17 September 2010

The aim of the campaign is to encourage people to engage in
and to promote humanitarian activities through various areas.

Live to Love is not about just making donations, but about
active involvement to make a difference. L2L operates on 2 levels:

On a local level, it's about making pledges to give and
receive acts of kindness, ranging from simple acts of neighbourliness within
the community to formal volunteering. This fits right in with 'The Big
Society' idea of enabling and empowering all sorts of people

Internationally, it's about supporting key projects and about
responding to communities in crisis - such as the flooding in Ladakh - by
helping people who've lost their loved ones, homes and livelihoods.

The campaign is split into 5 areas: education, medical,
emergency relief and aid, heritage and environment.

His Holiness is also in London on the 16th of September in his
capacity as a member of The Earth Awards Selection Committee. The Earth
Awards is an aspirational platform for consumer-driven ideas that challenge
designers and innovators to build a new economy. It brings together people
from all walks of life that share a passion for our world and its future.
