Partnership To Spur Adoption of RTB by Premium Brand Advertisers

NEW YORK, November 3, 2010 - AdSafe Media, the rating standard of online media, and AdMeld, the
company that helps premium publishers maximize their ad revenues, today
announced a partnership that integrates AdSafe's publisher content rating
data into the billions of RTB auctions AdMeld processes for premium
publishers each month. AdMeld will leverage data from AdSafe's Content Rating
Platform to provide buyers with real time information regarding the brand
safety of their ad placements. By giving buyers this added level of
confidence before they bid, the companies aim to spur the adoption of RTB by
premium brand advertisers.

Industry research has found that while RTB drives increased performance
and efficiency in display advertising, some premium brand advertisers have
been slow to leverage it, in part due to concerns about brand safety. Through
this partnership, AdSafe and AdMeld seek to transform the RTB market by
addressing the brand protection requirements of these advertisers in an
