Award Winners Make Telecoms Look Easy

In assessing the winners for the Telecoms Awards 2011, World Finance magazine was both surprised and encouraged at the breadth of performance of the telecoms industry. A heavily subscribed industry with several large players, global telecoms is nevertheless a competitive market and any company offering innovative products and excellent service can find themselves at the top of the pile.            
 
Providing a successful stable communications platform is far from a simple task though. The past months have seen even several major phone companies and network providers experience problems and even have their service fail. This has left consumers realising how much they are at the mercy of their providers and often expensive devices and think seriously about which companies they choose to use.
 
With this in mind, the winners that World Finance has selected for its Telecoms Awards 2011 are commendable for making telecoms appear effortless. These companies have demonstrated their ability to go above and beyond the service their customers require, providing them with new ways to enhance their lives through the use of mobile communication, telephone and internet services
