Company to deploy Microsoft led migrations for IBM/Lotus Notes Customers

NEWARK, New Jersey, November 5, 2010 - Binary Tree today announced a strategic alliance to deploy its software
for Microsoft led migrations for IBM/Lotus Notes customers to Microsoft
Exchange Online, part of its Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS). As
Microsoft's preferred vendor, Binary Tree's technology and methodology will
be leveraged to transition messaging and calendaring data for legacy
IBM/Lotus Notes customers.

"We have decided to use Binary Tree tools to migrate Lotus Notes
customers to the Microsoft cloud," said David Scult, general manager for
Microsoft Online Services. "We've chosen Binary Tree because their tools
provide a full-featured set of capabilities to transition customer data. This
includes coexistence between the platforms, a must-have for large enterprises
that need to ensure business continuity as they migrate their people in

As part of the alliance, the two companies have committed to greater
interoperability and service delivery to address key customer requirements
including application and calendaring coexistence, plus content migration
through the powerful combination of Microsoft's hosted infrastructure with
Binary Tree's migration/coexistence solutions and consultancy. By choosing
Binary Tree for Microsoft led migrations, customers will benefit from a more
seamless and efficient transition that will help ensure a positive user
experience.

"The Binary Tree - Microsoft alliance has delivered tremendous value to
customers for the past five years," said Henry Bestritsky, Co-CEO, Binary
Tree. "Today marks the next phase in this evolution. The companies remain
committed to delivering solutions and services that simplify the onramp to
Microsoft's technology platform, be it on-premises or hosted in the cloud."
