Broadstreet Names Karen Kadin and John Birger Managing Directors and Partners of Its European Operation

NEW YORK - Industry Leaders to Oversee London Based Creative Marketing and Communications Agency
Creative marketing and communications agency, Broadstreet today announced the appointment of Karen Kadin and John Birger as Managing Directors and Partners of its European Operation based in London. Kadin and Birger will support European clientele and will manage the growth of the organization across the entire EMEA region.

Karen Kadin joins Broadstreet after eight years with MJM, a WPP company. The first half of her tenure was spent in New York in new business and account management. She spent the last four years as Business Development Director for the London office of MJM advising clients on the design and delivery of live meetings, events and brand experiences from large scale consumer launch events & exhibitions, to effective learning and performance improvement, corporate communications and cultural change programs for many of the world’s leading organizations including AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Boehringer Ingelheim, Merck Serono, Novartis, HSBC, KRAFT, Nokia, Deloitte, Fortnum & Mason, and Shell.

His expertise soon established strong credentials in many verticals including, Pharmaceutical, Consulting, Financial Services, Telecommunications and Luxury Goods.

Previously, Karen Kadin was Global Account Manager for J. Walter Thompson and a Strategic Marketing Analyst for The MONY Group (an AXA Financial Company). John Birger was Associate Director of Imagination’s Global Investor Communications division delivering communications projects around the world for clients as diverse as Vodafone, eBay, MMO2, British Energy, adidas, PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, ING Group, Repsol, Scania, Telekomunikacja Polska, Sinopec, China Mobile, Korea Telecom, Telecom New Zealand, GTS / Ebone and Telstra.
Kadin and Birger join the organization in July 2009.
