CCL Succession Management Study Wins Global Award

BRUSSELS, March 14, 2011 - The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL(R)) has been selected
for a major award from the World Diversity Leadership Summit - Europe
(WDLS-EU) for its High Impact Succession Management work.

"The European Diversity Leadership (EDL) Honours go to companies with
outstanding and trendsetting strategies, research findings and best practices
in leveraging and promoting diversity and inclusion in key leadership
positions," says Beatrice Achaleke, WDLS-EU Organizer and Conference Manager.
