Evangeline, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Skyline Equities
Realty, has been involved in the development of over 120 luxury condominium
developments in more than 40 geographic markets in the United States. She was
one of the finalists in the purchasing competition for Astir Palace during
the 1994 bidding process. She is now bringing a "royal" lifestyle experience
to the prestigious Brickell area of Miami with her current luxury condominium
development, SkyPalace at Mary Brickell Village.

SkyPalace at Mary Brickell Village is the latest offering in the
"Evangeline Signature Luxury Condominium Collection," which is the highest
designation awarded to a Skyline Equities Realty development. Every detail
has been crafted to the vision of this world-renowned developer, making it
the most eagerly anticipated development in South Florida. Upon arrival at
SkyPalace at Mary Brickell Village, residents and guests will enter through a
decorative ornamental brass wrought iron door creating a sense of arrival and
a feeling of entering a classic yet timeless Mediterranean palazzo ready to
deliver a completely unique and privileged lifestyle experience. The
intricately designed lobby emanates a transitional Italian elegance with
pearlescent white Italian marble flooring, semi-circular marble fluted
columns, and Venetian-stucco clad walls. The lobby will feature an opulent
Swarovski jewel-quality chandelier as its signature design piece. The
SkyPalace Oasis recreation deck amenities will appeal to a wide range of
preferences with an exuberant mosaic swimming pool, an elaborate hydrotherapy
water feature, cascading "Fontana Di Trevi" style water fountains, a
one-of-a-kind Gines Serran sculpture specifically created for the SkyPalace
Oasis, a calming meditation pavilion, cozy gazebos, luxury private cabanas
and barbecue facilities. In short, Evangeline is seamlessly merging
Architecture and Art in her unique development masterpiece, creating a
palatial residential tower to Miami.

Evangeline is a Grand Dame with the dignity of Commandeur with the
historic Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem, Grand Priory of
the United States of America. She received the National Merit Award, the
highest honor bestowed by this organization. This Order is a Christian
organization founded in Jerusalem in 1118 by nine French knights. The purpose
of this Organization is to do charitable works, promote good will to all, and
more importantly, take Christ and His Life and example seriously. In 2003,
Evangeline was officially designated as a Delegate to the United Nations with
Special Consultative Status to the United Nations headquarters in New York
City
, by the Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem. This
entitles Evangeline to attend and participate in any Non-Governmental
Organizations (NGO) meeting of the United Nations.

Serran is a truly international artist and sculptor with major exhibits,
including at the Guggenheim Museum, to his credit. Serran's paintings, known
for their colors and symbolism, embody the inspiration gained from the many
years he has spent living with the indigenous people of the world, including
the Native Indians of North America, the rural fishermen of Japan, and the
people of Tahiti, China, the Philippines, India, Indonesia, and Australia. He
is also the creator of the magnificent "Monument to World Peace: Union of the
World" sculpture, which is today the largest bronze sculpture of Classical
Mythology in the world. Since Phidias and Chares created in Greece more than
twenty centuries ago the figures of "Zeus" and the "Colossus of Rhodes" –
both of which were destroyed over 2,000 years ago by earthquake and fire –
no other sculpture has been created of such magnitude, measuring 26×20x8 feet
and weighing 17,600 lbs!

Inspired by the legend of "The Pillars of Hercules" the artist — who
lived in New York most of his life but who was born in the city of Ceuta
(Spain), which according to the legend was one of the two Pillars — has
created this monumental sculpture where the hero, instead of separating "the
columns of the world," he unites them. The sculpture symbolizes the union of
the Hellenic and Latino cultures with the history of the United States; the
historical and cultural ties of Europe with America; the merging of the
waters of the Atlantic Ocean with the Mediterranean Sea.

Evangeline recently announced that she is creating along with Gines
Serran
a once-in-a-lifetime art exhibit in Miami: the "Gines Serran Miami Art
Exhibit." Featuring over 100 paintings and sculptures by Serran, the "Gines
Serran Miami Art Exhibit" is a major art exhibit of international
significance. It begins Dec. 12 at Miami's Mary Brickell Village in the
prestigious Brickell area financial district.

Serran's great work "Monument to World Peace: The Union of the World" is
on a ship steaming across the oceans to take its place as a permanent
monument in Miami. "This is a major honor for the City of Miami to receive
such an incredible and symbolic work of art," Evangeline said. "Like the
Statue of Liberty, this monument will be a symbol of peace to the world."

Another of these giant sculptures of classical mythology is anticipated
to be permanently placed in Athens, Greece in 2010 fulfilling Evangeline's
and Serran's vision of an invisible line of peace uniting Europe with the
Americas. "These great works of Serran reflect classical mythology, so it is
fitting that one of them should be located in Greece," Evangeline said. "The
symbolic and artistic significance of this monument will bring tremendous
cultural and financial benefits to the country that will host it. It is a
great pleasure for me, with my Hellenic heritage, to make this possible."
