Gustavo Martinez Joins McCann Worldgroup as European President

Martinez Brings 20 Years of Global Experience Across Executive Leadership and New Business Roles to Worldgroup

NEW YORK, February 2, 2011 - McCann Worldgroup announced today it has named Gustavo Martinez as
President of McCann Worldgroup Europe. Martinez will report directly to
global Chief Executive Officer Nick Brien, and will be responsible for
managing and expanding the agency's global client portfolio throughout the
region and driving collaboration across the marketing disciplines in order to
bring integrated solutions to McCann Worldgroup clients.

Martinez joins McCann Worldgroup from Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, where he
held the position of director of global brand management and global new
business director. Prior to that role, Martinez held a number of other
leadership positions with Ogilvy & Mather, including Latin America regional
chief operating officer, and Latina South region President, Ogilvy & Mather
Argentina. Martinez has also served as head of the McCann Erickson
Communications Group in Barcelona.

Martinez is a native of Argentina, but grew up primarily in Spain. He has
lived and worked throughout several countries, including Canada, Switzerland,
Portugal and Italy. Martinez holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Universidad
de Barcelona.

Martinez is taking over responsibilities from Brett Gosper, who will be
leaving McCann Worldgroup to pursue other opportunities.
