KREMS, Austria, January 13, 2011 - IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems, Austria (UAS) is expanding its
program offering and providing a further five master programs in the areas of
business and life sciences, with effect from September. In four terms,
respectively, students will acquire an in-depth academic knowledge,
management skills and practical know-how. The master programs will be offered
in English and German as either full- or part-time.

From September, the new master programs 'Marketing & Sales', 'Management
of Health institutions', 'Management of SME', 'Management' and 'Regulatory
Affairs' will be incorporated in UAS' existing, successful master programs of
'Tourism & Leisure Management', 'Export-Oriented Management' and 'Medical &
Pharmaceutical Biotechnology'. "By expanding its program offering, UAS is
facing the new challenges of the job market and providing the best possible
training in future-oriented industries," says Rector Professor Eva Werner.

Sustainable Company Management

The master programs prepare graduates for leading positions and
international requirements. In addition, several fields of study also offer
the possibility of specialisation. The special feature of the 'Management'
master program lies in the orientation on sustainable company management.
Through lectures in English and a high degree of case study orientation, the
programs once again demonstrate UAS' international and practice-oriented
direction. The limited number of places in all fields of study guarantees the
quality of the tuition and the individual supervision of the students.

Part-Time Route to the Masters

The master programs 'Export-Oriented Management', 'Management of SME',
'Management of Health institutions' and 'Regulatory Affairs' are also offered
on a part-time basis. They are designed to enable studies and career to be
combined easily.

The new master programs will start in September 2011, subject to approval
by the University Council. For further information:
