IntraLinks Helps Companies Drive Corporate Efficiency and Reduce the Cost of Application Development

NEW YORK, March 29, 2010 - IntraLinks, the leading provider of critical information exchange
solutions, today announced the availability of complementary integration
technologies that enable organizations to more easily and securely extend the
reach of their enterprise applications outside of their firewall. These
technologies, consisting of IntraLinks APIs, the IntraLinks Integration
Adapter and IntraLinks Connectors, will increase corporate efficiency by
allowing various systems to seamlessly share information and deliver new
business processes faster while reducing the cost of application development.

    - IntraLinks API is a comprehensive development interface to the
IntraLinks environment that allows for the management and control of
content, users, sessions and system administration. Developed on
Representational State Transfer (REST) architecture, IntraLinks APIs
are web services ready and used extensively by IntraLinks development
      teams to create applications.

    - The IntraLinks Integration Adapter is a client-side .NET application
that uses XML-based file messaging to enable communications between
IntraLinks and client-based applications. These adapters will become a
powerful component of an organization's open and flexible technology
      infrastructure.

    - IntraLinks Connectors integrate IntraLinks with the APIs of other
complementary systems including Microsoft SharePoint. This extends the
use cases for those systems, enabling firms to maximize existing
software investments. Packaged services include file transfer,
      permissioning users, reporting and workflow.

"The idea here is to go beyond virtual data rooms, which offer secure
sharing of documents outside of institutions' firewalls, to integrate with
enterprise systems such as SharePoint for greater depth of business insight,"
said Rik Turner, Senior Analyst at Ovum. "The offering is clearly applicable
in the financial services arena but also in any other vertical where secure
collaboration between companies is required."

"IntraLinks' new integration capabilities allow our customers to securely
communicate with other enterprise applications such as Enterprise Content
Management, Collaboration and CRM systems," said Fahim Siddiqui, executive
vice president of product development and operations for IntraLinks. "These
integration solutions will enable businesses to extend the use cases for both
the IntraLinks solutions and other existing enterprise solutions while
reducing the effort and cost required to do so."
