The Acquisition Strengthens iSoftStone's Business Intelligence Consulting & Technical Services Capabilities in Multiple Client Industries in China's IT Services Market

BEIJING, October 25, 2010 - iSoftStone Information Technology (Group) Co., Ltd, a leading China-based

that it has completed the acquisition to Shanghai Conserv Information System
Co., Ltd (Conserv). The addition of Conserv will help iSoftStone to continue
