Karolinska Development and Uminova Invest Sign Co-operation Agreement

STOCKHOLM and UMEA, Sweden, January 14 - Karolinska Development AB and Uminova Invest AB have entered into a
co-operation agreement that will enrich the flow of investment opportunities
available to Karolinska Development and enable cost effective commercial
development for Uminova Invest's portfolio companies. The agreement involves
evaluation of potential investments; advise to existing portfolio companies
as well as exit issues.

Uminova Invest is a regional private equity capital firm providing
capital and competence to prospective growth companies and entrepreneurs with
a connection to the Umea University or other educational and research
activities in the county of Vasterbotten.
