GRENOBLE, France, September 9, 2010 - The privately held network technology company, Mancala
Networks (www.mancalanetworks.com), specialized in the development of
innovative IP network control and management products, today announced the
appointment of Philippe Marxgut as VP Business Development. Mr. Marxgut has
more than 20 years of experience in numerous executive IT management
positions within several large, multi-national companies. He brings
invaluable customer focused expertise to reinforce Mancala's multi-vertical
strategy, especially in the retail sector.

Mr Marxgut also takes an equity stake in the company.

Mancala Networks has developed an innovative network services
platform that enables mid to large sized enterprises to more easily control,
manage and monitor their distributed network infrastructure. The Mancala
Network Controller consolidates all existing network services into a global
network intelligence. This shared intelligence enables the Network Controller

Prior to joining Mancala Networks, Philippe Marxgut served as
Distributed Infrastructure & Telecom Director for Casino Group, a major
global food centric retailer headquartered in France. In this role, he had
direct responsibilities for the company-wide telecom strategy. Member of the
Casino IT Board, he was directly implicated in defining, setting up and
rolling out IT innovations for all stores and warehouses. Philippe has also
delivered speaking engagements at multiple IT conferences and forums
worldwide. In addition, he has participated in and chaired leading industry
user's groups and advisory boards in Retail IT. Before joining Casino in
2000, he held multiple senior management positions within Hewlett-Packard
over a period of 15 years, most recently as European Network Manager. He
graduated from ENSERG (1984) and holds a certificate of General Management
from EM Lyon.
