Feedback Suite (EFS). The software platform gives marketing and research

The Analysis Suite is another completely new development. It consists of
two modules: Reporting+ and Qualitative Analysis. Reporting+ gives the

graphical user interface, and generate charts in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel
and HTML at the click of a mouse. Qualitative Analysis complements this
functionality and provides an efficient tool for coding and analyzing open
ends.
