M:Communications Announces New Hires in Moscow. Fast Growth Continues

LONDON and MOSCOW, November 18, 2010 - M:Communications announces that it has hired Sam VanDerlip, a leading
investor relations professional in Russia, to join its Moscow team. Sam joins
M: from EuroChem, where he built the company's IR function in preparation for
potential equity capital market activity. Prior to EuroChem, Sam was head of
MDM Bank investor relations including during the MDM-URSA merger, Russia's
largest banking M&A transaction. Sam also worked for PBN, where he was
director of the firm's corporate and crisis communications practice.
This is the latest in a series of additions to M:Communications'
fast-growing Russia team. Anna Yarmarkova joined in September, having
previously worked at PBN where she advised clients such as Human Stem Cell
Institute, HSBC and the US Department of Treasury. Yulia Shmidt joined in
October, having previously worked at Vedomosti as a senior correspondent
covering the pharmaceutical and consumer market in Russia, further
strengthening M: Communications' rapidly expanding global healthcare offer.
Before joining Vedomosti, Yulia worked for Kommersant in St Petersburg and,
prior to that, Delovoy Peterburg.
