provider, was honored with a British Insurance Award in e-business for its

more than doubled its conversion rate within the first few weeks of the chat
deployment, and obtained an 87 percent customer satisfaction score.

The British Insurance Award (BIA) focuses on the effective use of
information and communications technology by insurance companies and brokers

Media, the BIA award commends the innovative application of the latest
