Holger Ritter, General Manager EMEA, Provides Insights on Improving Ship Operations and Crew Welfare with Maritime VSAT

the world, today announced that Holger Ritter, general manager of EMEA MTN's
commercial shipping and energy services business, is speaking at the 8th
annual Digital Ship Scandinavia on February 3, 2011 at the Scandic Hotel in
Bergen.

During this panel, Mr. Ritter will focus on highlighting the different
ways of improving ship operations and crew welfare with Maritime VSAT
solutions. Some of the topics that will be discussed include VSAT
implementation, remote diagnostic capabilities and crew morale initiatives.

Mr. Ritter has more than 20 years of global sales, IT and executive level
management experience and prior to joining MTN, he served in various
management roles at Becker Marine System Communication, IBM, Vodafone and
Connexion by Boeing. At Becker Marine Systems Communication, Holger was
Director of Global Sales responsible for providing innovative, end-to-end
communication and IT solutions to the maritime industry. Previous to that, he
was Regional Director of Sales EMEA at Connexion by Boeing, having introduced
mobile, satellite high-speed Internet services to the aviation and commercial
shipping industries. Ritter holds a M.B.A from the State Business Academy of
Baden-Wurttemberg.
