NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, England, March 3, 2010 - A new website that benefits cash-strapped students and landlords is being
launched by two entrepreneurial property developers.

www.Bumptheagent.com has been set up by business partners Claude
Farren
and Tony Tailford of Newcastle upon Tyne after spotting a gap in the
market for a portal where students and landlords can directly contact each
other.

Bumptheagent.com lists a regional and national database of private
landlord accommodation for students to browse, and enables landlords to
promote their properties to a wider student audience.

Claude said: "We plan to make bumptheagent.com the number one port of
call for students across the country looking for their ideal property and for
landlords wishing to advertise their properties."

Bumptheagent.com has employed student ambassadors to raise awareness of
the website who will be spreading the word in universities up and down the
country as landlords add their properties to the site. Bumptheagent.com is
also making use of the popularity of Facebook and social networking to
advertise to house-hunting students.

The site already has more than 200 properties listed and it provides a
welcome change to the way students, who always have a strain on their limited
finances, find accommodation.

Northumbria University student Eleanor Stafford, who lives in Jesmond,
Newcastle and is studying Business with Marketing, said: "Using this site is
a really good way of saving students money and it makes it easy to find the
kind of property you want. Students are already in a lot of debt, so this
kind of initiative is a big help to us."

Landlords list their properties, including photographs, certificates and
rent fees through one comprehensible portal. They can download print-ready
assured shorthold tenancy agreements, standing order forms and guarantor
forms directly from the website, and can buy A3 and A4 window display adverts
and to-let boards online, making the letting process easier.

Further plans for the site include a landlord services page in 2010,
where companies can advertise their services, such as furniture, credit
searches, inventories and insurance to landlords.

The cost for landlords to advertise on the site is GBP20 per year + VAT
per property. Visit www.bumptheagent.com for more information.
