NEW DELHI, September 6, 2010 - Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) will be participating at INDESEC
2010 where it will highlight a range of its key capabilities dedicated to
civil defence, national security and resilience.

INDESEC 2010 takes place from 6-8 Sept. 2010 at the Pragati Maidan,
central Delhi. It is the only exhibition and conference held in India that
integrates the homeland security and defence sectors with a key focus on
homeland and border security, network-centric operations and maritime
security. Northrop Grumman will be exhibiting in the UK pavilion being led by
UK Trade and Investment Defence Services Organisation (UKTI DSO) and the
trade association ADS and will focus on its UK-based technologies and
capabilities. This follows the recent British Government visit to India to
reinforce trade links.

"India is an important market for Northrop Grumman and our range of
UK-based capabilities from unmanned ground vehicle systems for surveillance
and remote handling of threats, to advanced communication and information
management systems are well suited to help respond to India's requirements
for a coordinated national defence structure," said Richard Mears, director
of Group Business Development for Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector
Europe. "The solutions we are highlighting here are part of Northrop
Grumman's wider portfolio of technologies and demonstrate our UK expertise in
the integration of complex information systems and the tangible benefits that
these can bring."

Northrop Grumman UK will be promoting a range of its civil defence and
security solutions with equipment, displays and presentations of key
technologies including its UK capabilities in command and control,
situational awareness and unmanned ground vehicle systems.

Using its Critical Incident Response System (CIRS) together with
TouchTable(tm), it will demonstrate the ability to integrate seamlessly a
variety of national security solutions into a common situational awareness
display for crisis management. CIRS combines the best hardware and software
allowing commanders to plan quickly and intuitively, engage and manage
emergency situations and complex events. The TouchTable(tm) enables group
collaboration, analysis of incident site information and remote sharing of
information over IP to any other TouchTable(tm) or IP-enabled device. This
ensures that all emergency services and first responders are working to the
same information.

Highlighted also will be Northrop Grumman's leading capability in
tactical command and control systems including the Integrated Tactical
Command and Control Services (I-TaCCS) and Integrated Joint Operational
Command and Control Services (I-JOCCS).

I-TaCCS is a land, sea and air and dismounted soldier-based C4I solution
and when combined with I-JOCCS, an operational and tactical level static and
mobile headquarters C4I solution, delivers an integrated end-to-end command,
control, surveillance and intelligence capability. Presentations will be
available on all aspects of these capabilities.

The software application Command and Control for the PC (C2PC) forms a
core component of I-TaCCS. In service in more than 40 countries with 100,000
users, C2PC provides a common tactical picture for operational command and
control, improving situational awareness and enhancing operational and
tactical decision making. C2PC provides the user interface and core
functionality for many operational command systems currently on operations
around the world including NATO's Maritime Command & Control System (MCCIS),
the UK MoD's Joint Operations Command System (JOCS) and Royal Navy Command
Support System (RNCSS).

Also featured will be Northrop Grumman's capability in unmanned ground
vehicle systems for remote handling of hazardous threats including bomb
disposal, tactical and surveillance operations. The highly versatile heavy
duty robot, Andros F6A vehicle which provides a range of remote capabilities
for law enforcement and bomb disposal operations will be on display.
