Nunwood Consulting Achieve Significant Return on Investment After Deploying Videocall's MyPresence Personal Telepresence Service Across Their Enterprise

CAMBERLEY, England, December 2 - Videocall, a leading telepresence and video collaboration managed
services provider today announced that Nunwood Consulting, a leading customer
insight consultancy has deployed Videocall's MyPresence personal telepresence
service to deliver improved productivity and travel cost reduction.

With a geographically dispersed group of offices in the UK and the US,
Nunwood Consulting required a way of reducing travel costs and improving
their employees' productivity. With further expansion planned in the US and
New Zealand the decision was made to invest in a reliable, high quality video
collaboration solution which did not require any additional network
investment and would flex to support their needs.

MyPresence's ease of deployment allowed Nunwood to cover all of their
enterprise with a robust, reliable, high quality personal video communication
solution in the same deployment. Room based systems compliment the personal
users to allow multiple people use the conference room systems to call

US. After an extensive evaluation of all available solutions the MyPresence
service was deemed the best fit to Nunwood's requirements.

Before the project was started Nunwood's cost reduction target was to
remove 1 in 10 rail journeys between their offices in London and Leeds.
Several months into the project this target has been easily surpassed.
Productivity has also increased as Nunwood employees can communicate using
high definition video more often, which has negated the use of their
unreliable and poor quality audio conferencing facilities.
