ReD on Shortlist for Country's Top Business Award

LONDON, July 28, 2010 - The cream of British commerce is lining up for the prestigious National
Business Awards, and Retail Decisions (ReD), the world leader in payment
fraud prevention, has been selected for one of the premier honours.

ReD is one of just ten chosen finalists in this year's Grant Thornton
Mid-Cap Business of the Year Award category, which is solely open to entry by
nomination.

The renowned National Business Awards, in partnership with Orange,
recognise the very best of Britain's most successful businesses, both public
and private, of all shapes and sizes - from the hands-on and entrepreneurial,
to the large and globe-spanning.

The Mid-Cap Business of the Year Award judges businesses with a turnover
of between GBP23 million to GBP500 million, and the winner's prize will go to
the company which has excelled in all aspects of its performance,
demonstrating the most outstanding financial returns, the strongest growth,
exceptional innovation strategies and market prominence in its sector.

Carl Clump, CEO of ReD, says: "It is an honour to be nominated for this
award in our tenth anniversary year, and to be recognised for the continuing
success of our business. Year on year since 2000, ReD has seen an 18%
compound growth in revenues and a 39% compound increase in operating profit.
We will continue to provide cutting edge fraud prevention technology to our
customers, allowing them to increase their operational efficiency while
lowering internal costs."

Alex Evans, Editorial Director and Head of Judges of the National
Business Awards applauded ReD's achievements: "Retail Decisions has been
identified as a strong contender for this year's Grant Thornton Mid-Cap
Business of the Year Award. Delivering for major clients including Walmart,
ReD saw a 74% rise in sales in 2009. In addition to this impressive growth,
it also enjoys a positive profile as a credit card fraud busting software
provider."

After scrutinising past success, current performance and future
potential, the judges' results will be announced at a ceremony on Tuesday 9
November at the Grosvenor House Hotel, and the winning company will be held
up as an example of excellent practice and an inspiration to all businesses.
