Reaction Design Opens European Sales Office and Appoints Christopher Riley as European Sales Director

SAN DIEGO, December 8 - Reaction Design, the clean technology chemistry leader, today announced
the opening of its new European sales office in the U.K. to serve its growing
European customer base. Dr. Christopher Riley brings over 10 years of
simulation software sales management experience to the newly created position
of European Sales Director.

Christopher joins Reaction Design following a successful career with DEM
Solutions, a developer of discrete element modeling software, as Director of
Sales for Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA). Prior to his tenure with DEM
Solutions, he served in a sales management position for five-years with ANSYS
Inc, a provider of simulation driven product development tools. Christopher
received his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Loughborough
University of Technology, and he holds a PhD in Computational Fluid Dynamics
from Cranfield University.
