Redknee's Rating and Charging Platform Wins Industry Award

NGRC Recognized as Best Service Enablement Tool at Billing and OSS World Awards

that it has been awarded the 2010 Billing & OSS World Excellence Award for
its ability to improve its customers' business performance and
profitability. Recognizing the success of Redknee's data rating, charging
and policy solution, NGRC, the Best Service Enablement Implementation Award
was presented to Redknee at a ceremony held at Billing & OSS World
Conference and Expo in Washington on Wednesday night.

Awarded for its support of a western European operator's successful
launch of a new handset, Redknee's NGRC is an end-to-end real-time data
rating, charging and policy engine that enables operators to launch new

diverse pricing options for both prepaid and postpaid subscribers. In this
deployment, Redknee supported the acquisition of 500,000 new customers
within the first few months of launching the handset and boosted data APRU

customers from bill shock while they are abroad and driving data revenues
when they are at home.
