collaboration agreement. Simbionix will exclusively distribute, market, and
provide service for the VirtaMed HystSim, an advanced virtual reality
hysteroscopy simulator.

Simbionix already offers a wide spectrum of simulators for minimal
invasive surgery. “This new agreement further expands our product offering,”
