LONDON, October 22, 2010 - After a sluggish 2009, which saw global telecoms service provider
revenues grow by only 2.2 percent yoy - the slowest rate in a decade - 2010
has seen healthier returns. But with this opportunity comes new challenges.

infrastructure creaking under the strain. Emerging markets offer easier
