Teleena to Launch MVNE Services in the United Kingdom

NIEUWEGEIN, The Netherlands, May 11, 2010 - Today, Teleena announces a significant new partnership and its
next phase of expansion of MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler) services in
Europe.

In a, recently concluded, long-term strategic agreement
Teleena will be able to sign up mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) in
the United Kingdom, aggregating them onto the radio access network of
"Vodafone UK".

Teleena's existing next generation MVNE platform will,
therefore, also offer bespoke voice, messaging, data and billing services for
both pre-paid and post-paid segments in the UK.

The availability of UK MVNE services for MVNOs are planned
during the fourth quarter of 2010, with a number of parties having already
shown much interest.

This arrangement will make it far simpler for MVNOs wishing to
launch their services in the UK, in the shorter term. As the preferred
intermediary, Teleena will handle the enhanced proposition management and
technical needs of the MVNO, leaving the MVNO to focus on marketing, sales
and customer management. This appeals to mobile service providers wanting to
truly differentiate their proposition, as they will be able to enter the
mobile market and offer mobile services whilst accessing a fast and reliable
