By Wedo Technologies, PRNEMonday, April 12, 2010
LISBON, Portugal, April 13, 2010 - WeDo Technologies, world leader in revenue assurance, today
announced that Telefonica Moviles México, part of Telefónica Group, one of
the world's largest telecommunications companies, selected WeDo's Commissions
Management Solution (CMS) version 5.5.
The main objectives of Telefonica Moviles México with the CMS
implementation were an automatic calculation and verification of the manual
commissioning process to improve quality and reduce effort and costs. The CMS
5.5 solution is powered by a flexible, robust and high performance
Calculation Engine. This critical component joins business entities
information with the incentive configuration rules to calculate the incentive
results to be paid to the sales network.
According to Carlos Alberto Jimenez Riestra, IT Director,
Telefonica Moviles México, "after a strict evaluation we selected CMS as our
tool for commission's automation. For Telefonica this project will represent
a significant improvement in the process of calculating commissions in terms
of time, quality and costs that will result in substantial benefits to
Telefonica and our distribution channels."
WeDo Technologies' CMS includes benefits like increased
service quality, shorter incentive cycles, improved alignment with corporate
goals, improved ability to quickly respond to environment change, increased
productivity and reduced implementation timeframe. Besides these benefits
WeDo Technologies won this deal due to its superior solution, success in the
Prove-of-Concept process and local presence.
"WeDo Technologies Mexico is delighted to have been selected
by Telefonica Mexico for the implementation of our enterprise commission's
management system (CMS) after a stringent selection process. We are confident
that the implementation will result in a reduction in operational costs and
improved alignment with corporate goals," said Jose Llabres, Managing
Director for Northern Latin America of WeDo Technologies.
The project was won in June 2009 and took seven months to be
implemented with 9 people involved in the execution.
