Joel Robuchon, the Most Awarded Chef Worldwide

PARIS, April 28, 2011 - The Atelier de Joel Robuchon Etoile restaurant has been
awarded two stars in the 2011 edition of the prestigious Michelin Guide. With
this new distinction Joel Robuchon is once again acknowledged as the world's
most awarded chef.

The Atelier de Joel Robuchon Etoile opened last December on
the premises of the legendary Publicis drugstore at 133, avenue des
Champs-Elysees, welcoming its clientele in an elegant yet comfortable setting
in the heart of Paris. The restaurant proposes high-end cuisine prepared in
an open kitchen by Joel Robuchon's team. The internationally acclaimed French
chef has created a menu of dishes prepared with the freshest seasonal
ingredients, using produce from the local daily market.

The success of the Atelier de Joel Robuchon is based on the
concept of a casualfine dining experience. Joel Robuchon has opened
restaurants in Paris, London, Monaco, New York, Las Vegas, Tokyo, Nagoya,
Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taipei. Over the course of his career, Joel
Robuchon
has been awarded 22 Michelin stars. He was named Meilleur Ouvrier de
France (France's Best Craftsman) in 1976, "Chef of the Century" by the French
Gault Millau guide in 1989, and Best restaurant of the world by The
International Herald Tribune in 1994.
