TUI Suisse Opts for Wirecard AG

Payments to be Handled for Online Bookings for all Travel Brands

MUNICH, Germany, July 27, 2010 - Zurich-based TUI Suisse Ltd has outsourced its payment processing to
Wirecard AG. The range of services to be provided covers online consumer
payments for all bookings except for package beach holidays, via all portals
operated by TUI Suisse (www.tui.ch, www.1-2-fly.ch,
www.flextravel.ch and www.voegele-reisen.ch). In addition, the
Supplier & Commission Payments (SCP) solution will be deployed for payments
to TUI Suisse service providers.

payment operations. The SCP platform automates each individual transaction
and generates a virtual credit card on a real-time basis. The actual date of
payment can be determined flexibly by setting payment periods. The agent
handles the credit card data in the customary manner-there is no need for new
processes. Data matching interfaces reconcile the payment and accounting
systems. This benefits both sides: the service provider such as the hotel or
airline receives a secured payment, while the organizer gains substantial
liquidity advantages.
